Privacy Policy — M&M Trucking

M&M Trucking ("the app") is a private, internal tool used by the M&M Trucking company to record load tickets. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used. Accounts are created and managed by the company administrator; there is no public sign-up.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number (optional), role, and a user account ID — provided by the company administrator when your account is created.
• Location: precise GPS location, used only to auto-fill the pickup and drop-off site on a load ticket. Location is used only while you use the app and can also be entered manually.
• Work records: load-ticket data you enter — company hauled for, pickup/drop-off sites, tons, rate, mileage, and calculated revenue and payout.

How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the app: to authenticate you, record load tickets, and show reports and earnings to you and your company administrator.

What we do NOT do

• We do not use advertising or third-party tracking.
• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
• We do not sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on M&M Trucking's own secure backend and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. It is accessible to you and to your company administrator. It is not shared with any other third party.

Data retention and deletion

Accounts are owned and managed by the company. To request deletion of your account or data, contact the company administrator or email us at onurcannavci@gmail.com.

Children

The app is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Availability

The app is intended for use in the United States only.
